We’re an international store selling in multiple countries, the default currency is USD, but you can pay in your local currency as well.
Shipping is free on all orders and takes between 5-12 business days for most locations and 3-5 business days for the US. We also offer Express shipping, with 2-days in the Continental US and 3-5 business days for other locations.

We’re working on setting up local delivery from the US, Netherlands and Australia to everywhere we ship. If your country is not in the list, unfortunately we won’t be able to ship to you.
We strive to shop orders within 24 hours, except for Sundays.
Holidays, special occasions (e.g. before Christmas) or extreme weather events may delay shipping times.
Yes, we offer Express Shipping in all location with a 2-day Express option for the Continental US.
Tracking will be available within 24-48 hours after ordering. Tracking will be available on your order confirmation page and via an email update confirming your order has shipped.

If you don’t get an email with your tracking number, in order to request tracking for your order, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number after 48 hours have passed and we will send you the tracking link.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Orders may be cancelled by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders that are already processed may not be cancelled‚ and you may need to wait until you receive the item in order to return it.
Yes! Exchanges are available on all orders. Items to be exchanged must be undamaged, unworn and in original packaging. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at email@example.com.
We love the products we make and think you will, too. In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love your Silverlight product that we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your item. We have a lifetime satisfaction guarantee. If you would like to return an item please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. After your returned item has been received we can send a replacement or issue a refund. Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days will be issued via Silverlight store credit for future purchases.

Our guarantee is there to make sure that any issues with our products are covered. We don’t cover returns that are not because of dissatisfaction with our items. This includes things like damage or shrinking due to heat, things like dog chews or losses after the item has been delivered. We also don’t support ordering more sizes than needed and returning the ones that do not fit, as this is a damaging practice to our business and the environment.
