What is the currency of the store?

We’re an international store selling in multiple countries, the default currency is USD, but you can pay in your local currency in many countries.

How much is shipping? (it’s free!)

Shipping is free on all orders and takes between 5-15 business days for most locations (In a few countries it can take longer than that, e.g. Brazil). We also offer Express shipping via DHL to US and Canada, Australia and New Zealand and Europe for $15 with a shipping time of 3-6 working days.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship all orders within 24 hours.

Standard Shipping orders should usually arrive within 6-16 business days after ordering. Holidays, special occasions (e.g. before Christmas) or extreme weather events may delay shipping times.
Express Shipping orders should arrive within 4-7 business days after an order is placed.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, we also offer Express shipping via DHL for $15 with a shipping time of 3-6 working days. Express shipping is available for US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

How can I track my order?

Tracking will be available within 24-48 hours after ordering. Tracking will be available on your order confirmation page and via an email update confirming your order has shipped.

If you don’t get an email with your tracking number, in order to request tracking for your order, please reach out to with your order number after 48 hours have passed and we will send you the tracking link.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

How can I cancel my order?

Do you allow for exchanges?

What is your return policy?

We love the products we make and think you will, too. In fact, we’re so confident that you’ll love your Silverlight product that we’ll even cover the cost of return shipping if you choose not to keep your item. If you would like to return an item please reach out to After your returned item has been received we can send a replacement or issue a refund. Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days will be issued via Silverlight store credit for future purchases.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with an item?

We got you covered! We stand 100% behind our products, goods and services and pay great attention to detail in everything we do. We strongly believe you’ll be happy with your purchase. We believe in the quality of our products so much, that every product from Silverlight is covered by an unconditional lifetime satisfaction guarantee.
